Google: Project 10 to the 100 Winners
A few years ago Google announced the launch of Project 10 to the 100th, putting $10 million to fund projects that would change the world. They asked for submissions relating to community, environment opportunity, energy , health etc.. with an aim that these ideas would benefit as many people as possible.

Introducing Google Instant

Google TV has arrived
Google announced yesterday their latest product “Google TV”, which will allow users to view web content and television content side-by-side from the same interface.

Unique approach to landing a job… this dude bought Google ad words for the names of 6 creative directors so that when they Googled themselves they’d see an ad which read “Googling yourself is a lot of fun. Hiring me is fun too.”
He got interviews with most, and ended up with a job at Y&R in NY… not a bad effort considering it only cost him $6.
